Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington resides in the US. She is a Greek-American author, syndicated columnist and a businesswoman. She co-founded The Huffington Post the founder and CEO of Thrive Global and the author of 15 books. Arianna Huffington is an independent liberal news website has a TV personality as well as a writer and philanthropist. Her birthplace was Greece she relocated to England when she was sixteen and then graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. First foreign-born graduate to be elected president of the highly regarded debate group The Cambridge Union, at age 21 she took over the position. Following after her college graduation, she became a prominent Conservative syndicated journalist. In the years after that she launched The Huffington Post which featured critiques of the current political landscape. Her fame and popularity helped to get a number of prominent contributors to publish their thoughts on news, politics, and other topics. Arianna was famous after she was elected as an independent in California recall elections to replace Governor Davis. Alongside this she also led the Detroit Project for fuel-efficient cars. Forbes listed her 12th in its list for the Most influential women in the media. Guardian also included the HuffingtonPost in their top 100 list in 2010. AOL Inc. bought The Huffington Post, and she was made president of this media group. The acquisition included a number of AOL products at the time such as Engadget AOL style list and Patch Media. Elli is the daughter of Konstantinos Stasinopoulos and Elli, who are both journalists and consultants in management. Her character was formed by her closeness to her mother as well as her relationship with her father, even though she was very close to him. Even during her formative period, she displayed the qualities of a leader for which her name is still well-known. at the age of 16 she moved back to United Kingdom to pursue her study and then enrolled at Girton College Cambridge.
